Carolina is the founder of Glow Yin Yoga and a dedicated yoga teacher specializing in customized yoga teacher training programs. Her teaching journey began with a master’s degree in physical education, followed by her yoga teacher training in Goa, India, in 2020. Since then, she has been passionately teaching Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga.
Carolina’s commitment to yoga was solidified by a life-changing illness that led her to reassess her values and embrace a more authentic lifestyle. Her mission is to guide others on their transformative journeys through yoga, fostering personal growth and holistic health.
